Banana Mocha Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules .
  • 3/4 c nonfat milk (or fat percentage of your choice) .
  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced .
  • 1 c ice cubes (7-8 regular size) .
  • 1 c low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt (or regular vanilla ice cream)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixer, mix all ingredients.
  • Step #2 Cover up & process for 45 to 60 seconds or until frothy.
  • Step #3 Pour into glasses; serve as soon as possible.
