Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp poultry seasoning .
1 tbsp brown sugar .
1 tbsp beef broth .
1/8 c milk .
1 tbsp yellow mustard .
1 egg .
1 tsp fresh black pepper .
1 medium onion, finely sliced .
1/8 c ketchup .
1 lb ground turkey .
2 tbsps mayonnaise .
1 tsp italian seasoning .
1 tsp paprika .
4 garlic cloves, crushed & minced .
1 1/2 tbsps kosher salt .
1 c seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Wisk together egg, mustard, broth, ketchup, milk, mayo, & brown sugar.
Step #3 Set aside.
Step #4 Combine all dry ingredients in small bowl.
Step #5 Add wet mixture to ground turkey, mix until well incorporated (this will be very wet).
Step #6 Add dry ingredients, onion & garlic to ground turkey & mix well.
Step #7 Form turkey mixture into a loaf form (or use a loaf pan) & cook in oven for 1 hr.
Step #8 You may add a topping if you like, so sometimes I add topping, I find my tastes vary, sometimes I don't.
