Ingredients
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c sliced almonds .
  • 1/2 c raisins .
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom .
  • 1/2 c butter, melted .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 2 c flour .
  • 1/2 c wheat germ .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 c buttermilk .
  • 1 c mixed glace fruit (your choosing) .
  • 4 tsps baking powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all ingredients through the glazed fruit.
  • Step #2 Whisk together, eggs, buttermilk & butter.
  • Step #3 Add to dry ingredients.
  • Step #4 Stir well.
  • Step #5 Spoon in to greased muffin tins.
  • Step #6 Bake 375 for 20 mins.
