I also sometimes add frozen raspberries.
Step #2 This is just one serving for me - it's a big one, with about 300F calories (I eat 6 times a day, so this is a perfect small meal).
Step #3 My time on making it can be up to 10 mins, but I don't have a regular mixer (just a hand-held).
Step #4 So your time may be much less.
Step #5 Notes: i throw in a few ice cube, some nutmeg (after mixing in nutmeg) or cinnamon, & today I topped it off with two tbsps of whipped cream & some cinnamon (after mixing in nutmeg).
