Ingredients
  • 2 red capsicums, roasted & peeled .
  • 2 tsps balsamic vinegar .
  • 1/2 c vegetable stock .
  • 1-2 garlic clove, crushed .
  • pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Using food processor/blender puree capsicum with vegetable stock.
  • Step #2 Add garlic & vinegar until reaching the desired consistency.
  • Step #3 Spice up to taste with papper & serve.
  • Step #4 Can be stored in fridge in a glass jar for 2-3 days.
