Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c ricotta cheese .
  • 2 tbsps Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 1/4 c heavy cream .
  • 4 large eggs .
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 Coat an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Mix all ingredients together & pour this into the prepared baking dish.
  • Step #4 Bake for 20 to 30 mins or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Step #5 Cut into 9 squares.
  • Step #6 Heat a tsp of oil in a skillet, & fry the pieces until they are brown on bother sides.
  • Step #7 Serve with your favorite topping.
