Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)Gas Mark 5.
Step #2 In a medium skillet over med-heat/flame, cook the meat until brown.
Step #3 Once cooked, drain & leave to the side.
Step #4 Mix your ricotta, thyme, egg, basil, garlic & oregano & half of the mozzarell cheese.
Step #5 In a 9x13 baking dish with a little of the spaghetti sauce.
Step #6 Place three of the lasagne sheets over the sauce.
Step #7 Spread a layer of the cheese mixture & then a layer of the meat mixture over it & repeat until mixtures are all gone.
Step #8 Top the lasagne with the left over mozzerlla & parmesan cheese.
Step #9 cover with foil wrap & bake in a preheated oven for 30mins, remove foil wrap & bake for a futher 15 mins until the cheese browns & the lasagne appears bubbly.
