Step #1 In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, & salt; set aside.
Step #2 In a 1 quart wide-mouth jar, pecans, layer butterscotch chips, & brown sugar; packing down as tightly as possible.
Step #3 Add flour mixture, pressing down to pack.
Step #4 Seal with jar lid & attach instructions.
Step #5 Instructions: Empty jar of mix into a big mixing bowl; stir this to mix.
Step #6 Add 3/4 c butter, 2 slightly beaten eggs, & 2 tsps vanilla; stir until completely mixed.
Step #7 Spread batter into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
Step #8 Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 mins.
Step #9 Cool in pan for 15 mins before cutting into bars.
