Ingredients
  • 1 dash pepper .
  • toast or crackers .
  • 2 c grated cheddar cheese .
  • 2 c milk .
  • 3 tbsps flour .
  • 1/4 tsp paprika .
  • 3 tbsps butter .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 Melter butter in saucepan over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #2 Blend in flour slowly & cook, stirring constantly until mixture bubbles.
  • Step #3 Stir in milk slowly & stir til thickened.
  • Step #4 Add grated cheese & mustard.
  • Step #5 Stir til cheese is melted.
  • Step #6 Add seasonings.
  • Step #7 Serve as soon as possible over hot toast or crackers.
