Parmesan-herb Baked Flounder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp dried basil .
  • 1 tsp dried oregano .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1/4 c dry breadcrumbs .
  • 1/4 c low-fat mayonnaise .
  • 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese .
  • 4 (6 oz) flounder fillets (each fillet should weigh 6-oz.) .
  • 2 tbsps minced green onions

Directions
  • Step #1 Lay fish out on a foil wrap-lined baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #2 In a bowl, mayonnaise, mix together the cheese, & onions; spread mixture evenly over fish.
  • Step #3 Mix together the breadcrumbs & remaining ingredients; sprinkle evenly over fish.
  • Step #4 Lightly coat fish with cooking spray.
  • Step #5 Bake in a 400° oven for 10 mins or until fish flakes easily.
