Barbequed Spareribs (grandma's Soft Meat) Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c rice vinegar .
1 c ketchup .
1/4 c brown sugar .
3 lbs pork spareribs .
1/4 c worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step #1 Place the spareribs in baking pan & cover.
Step #2 Bake at 325F degrees for 2-3 hrs until meat is tender.
Step #3 Pour off fat & remove bones (carefully - it's hot!).
Step #4 Combine ketchup, Worchestershire sauce, vinegar & brown sugar.
Step #5 Salt & pepper meat to taste.
Step #6 Baste spareribs with sauce & continue baking 30-40 mins.
