Ingredients
3 tbsps balsamic vinegar .
salt & pepper .
2 green onions, finely sliced .
2 pork tenderloins .
3 tbsps mustard (use the "grainy" kind for this) .
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic (or to taste) .
3 tbsps liquid honey .
2 tbsps oil (can use olive or vegetable oil)
Directions
Step #1 To make the marinade; mix the honey, garlic, green onions, balsamic vinegar, mustard, oil, salt & pepper In a large-ish bowl.
Step #2 Add in the pork tenderloins, & turn to coat.
Step #3 Cover up & place this in the refrigerator for 24 hrs.
Step #4 When ready to cook the pork, remove this from the fridge & reserve the marinade liquid.
Step #5 Place the pork on the grill, & brush with reserved marinade.
Step #6 Close the grill lid & cook, turning & basting one or two times.
Step #7 Cook for about 18-20 mins, or until inside has a hint of pink.
Step #8 Transfer pork to a cutting board, & let rest for 10 mins.
Step #9 Slice into about 1/2-inch slices (or smaller).
Step #10 Serve on a platter with roasted potatoes.
