Balsamic Honey Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps balsamic vinegar .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced .
  • 2 pork tenderloins .
  • 3 tbsps mustard (use the "grainy" kind for this) .
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh garlic (or to taste) .
  • 3 tbsps liquid honey .
  • 2 tbsps oil (can use olive or vegetable oil)

Directions
  • Step #1 To make the marinade; mix the honey, garlic, green onions, balsamic vinegar, mustard, oil, salt & pepper In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Add in the pork tenderloins, & turn to coat.
  • Step #3 Cover up & place this in the refrigerator for 24 hrs.
  • Step #4 When ready to cook the pork, remove this from the fridge & reserve the marinade liquid.
  • Step #5 Place the pork on the grill, & brush with reserved marinade.
  • Step #6 Close the grill lid & cook, turning & basting one or two times.
  • Step #7 Cook for about 18-20 mins, or until inside has a hint of pink.
  • Step #8 Transfer pork to a cutting board, & let rest for 10 mins.
  • Step #9 Slice into about 1/2-inch slices (or smaller).
  • Step #10 Serve on a platter with roasted potatoes.
