Low Carb Salmon Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Smart Balance butter spread .
  • 3 oz low-fat cream cheese .
  • 1 tbsp green onions, sliced .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 dash garlic powder .
  • 1 (3 oz) package star kist canned salmon .
  • 1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
  • Step #1 Put cream cheese & margarine in glass bowl & put in microwave about 30-40 seconds to soften.
  • Step #2 Add salmon, green onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 Mix these ingredients well.
  • Step #4 Pour mixture into a ramikin sprayed with vegetable spray.
  • Step #5 Top with Cheese.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350 about 10 mins or until the cheese is melted & the ingredients are bubbly.
