Coriander Chicken Legs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed .
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar .
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar .
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander .
  • 2 tsps ground cumin .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 1 tbsp black pepper .
  • 3 lbs fresh skinless chicken legs, rinsed & patted dry

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the chicken in a single layer in a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #2 In a small mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients & stir until well mixed.
  • Step #3 Pour the mixture over the leg quarters, turning them to completely coat them.
  • Step #4 Cover up & put in the fridge for 1-2 hrs for best flavor.
  • Step #5 Bake at 375, uncovered, 45 mins to 1 hr or until meat is no longer pink in the thickest part, basting the chicken several times with the sauce.
