Step #1 Combine 3 tbsps flour, cornmeal, salt & pepper; set aside.
Step #2 Coat steaks with remaining flour.
Step #3 Beat egg white & water; dip steaks, then dredge in cornmeal mixture.
Step #4 In a skillet over medium high heat, cook two steaks in 1 tbsp oil for 5-7 mins on each side or until crisp, lightly browned & cooked as desired.
Step #5 Remove steaks & keep warm.
Step #6 Repeat with the remaining oil & steaks.
Step #7 Meanwhile, for gravy, melt butter in a saucepan; stir in the flour until well mixed.
Step #8 Gradually add milk; bring to a boil over med-heat/flame.
Step #9 Boil for two mins, stirring constantly; reduce heat to medium low.
Step #10 Add bouillon, thyme & pepper; simmer, marjoram, uncoved for 4-5 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
