Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb noodles (elbows, rotelle, broad or any other kind you like) .
  • 1 lb frozen vegetables (any mix you like) .
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated .
  • 30 oz milk (to mix with the soup, if needed add more milk) .
  • 2 tbsps parsley, sliced .
  • 3/4 lb sausage .
  • 1 lb ham, sliced .
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions
  • Step #1 Boil the noodles according to directions on the package.
  • Step #2 Boil the vegetables according to directions on the package.
  • Step #3 Mix the soup with the milk.
  • Step #4 Add the vegatables.
  • Step #5 Brown the sausage.
  • Step #6 Add the sausage to the soupmix.
  • Step #7 Add half the ham & half the cheese to the soupmix.
  • Step #8 Grease a casserole dish that is big enough to accomodate the noodles & the soupmix.
  • Step #9 Add the soupmix to the noodles.
  • Step #10 Mix well.
  • Step #11 Pour the noodles in the casserole dish.
  • Step #12 Sprinkle top the rest of the cheese & the rest of the ham on top.
  • Step #13 Put in pre-heated 350 degrees oven.
  • Step #14 Bake until the dish is nice & bubbly.
  • Step #15 Garnish with the parsley.
