Linguine With Sicilian Tuna Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil .
  • 1 lb linguine, cooked & drained .
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes .
  • 1/3 c sliced flat leaf parsley .
  • 4 minced garlic cloves .
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes .
  • 1 (12 oz) can albacore tuna in water, drained & broken up with a fork

Directions
  • Step #1 In a skillet, heat olive oil, red pepper, & garlic over med-heat/flame until garlic starts to make noise.
  • Step #2 Add tuna & saute until the tuna is completely flaked & warmed through.
  • Step #3 When the bottom of the pan is covered with mushy fish, add the tomatoes & parsley.
  • Step #4 Heat through & toss with the linguine.
  • Step #5 Serve.
