1 1/2 c fresh blueberries, lightly coated with flour .
1 c milk .
1/2 tsp vanilla extract .
2/3 c vegetable oil (preferably canola) .
1/2 c heavy cream .
2 large eggs, at about room temp .
2 tsps baking powder .
1 tsp salt .
1 tsp vanilla extract .
1 1/4 c powdered sugar, sifted .

Directions
Step #1 Grease & lightly flour a 10-inch tube pan.
Step #2 In a bowl, baking powder, sift together the flour, & salt; set aside.
Step #3 In a large mixing bowl, & eggs, sugar, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together the oil, for about 3 mins or until light & thick.
Step #4 Add the dry ingredients in three parts, alternating with the milk & vanilla, beating after each addition until smooth.
Step #5 Fold in the blueberries.
Step #6 Pour batter into the prepared tube pan.
Step #7 Bake in a 325F degree oven for 60-70 mins or until pick comes out clean.
Step #8 Let cake cool in the pan for 1 hr.
Step #9 Remove from the pan & cool completely on a wire rack.
Step #10 To make the glaze: In the top of a double boiler, cream, over barely simmering water, mix the sugar, & vanilla.
Step #11 Stir mixture for about 2 mins or until well mixed.
Step #12 Pour into a glass measuring c & cover until ready to use.
Step #13 When the cake is completely cooled--drizzle glaze over cake.
Step #14 Let glaze set for 1 hr before slicing & serving the cake.
