• 1/2 c sesame seeds, toasted
• 1/4 c butter
• 1 (3 oz) package chicken flavored ramen noodles
• 1 large head napa cabbage, shredded
• 1/2 c blanched slivered almonds
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
• 1/8 c white sugar
• 1/4 c vegetable oil
• 6 green onions, sliced
• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• Step #1 Crush noodles, place them in a medium skillet & brown in butter over med-heat/flame.
• Step #2 Add almonds & sesame seeds.
• Step #3 Stir often to prevent burning.
• Step #4 Add seasoning mix from noodles & cool.
• Step #5 Toss in a large bowl with cabbage & onions.
• Step #6 Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil & sugar.
• Step #7 Pour over salad, toss & serve.
