Dark Chocolate Cakei Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c white sugar
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 2 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsps vinegar
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 tsps baking soda
  • 1 c cold brewed coffee
  • 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Grease & flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, sugar, cocoa, baking powder & salt.
  • Step #4 Make a well in the center & pour in the eggs, milk, coffee, oil & vinegar.
  • Step #5 Mix until smooth, batter will be thin.
  • Step #6 Pour into prepared pan.
  • Step #7 Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
