• 4 tbsps tomato paste .
• 8 oz butter (at about room temp) .
• 1 tsp salt .
• 1/2 tsp sugar

• Step #1 Cream the butter until it is light & fluffy; the butter should be almost white in colour.
• Step #2 Add the remaining ingredients & beat into the butter so as to mix thoroughly.
• Step #3 Transfer to a serving dish or small individual sized pots; chill until ready to use.
