• Good Spice ups Italian dressing .
• 8 slices provolone cheese (thin sliced) .
• 8 slices hot capicola, ham (thin sliced) .
• 8 slices pepperoni (large, thin sliced) .
• 8 slices tomatoes .
• 8 slices genoa salami (thin sliced) .
• 4 Italian rolls (Sub) .
• 2 c iceberg lettuce (sliced or shredded)

• Step #1 Slightly toast buns, with insides up, in toaster oven or oven.
• Step #2 On bottom half of bun layer two slices capicola, pepperoni, salami & provalone.
• Step #3 Return to oven & toast until cheese is melting & kind of bubbly (my meat starts to crisp a little on the edges) & top bun is toasty brown.
• Step #4 Remove from oven & top this with shredded lettuce, tomato & italian dressing.
