Step #2 Drop in the cauliflower florets & 2 tbsps of the salt; cook this until tender-crisp, about 3 mins, then drain & shock in ice water; drain again.
Step #3 Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl.
Step #4 Add the remaining 1/2 tsp of salt, parsley, gherkins, olives, the vinegar, tossing once in a while, olive oil, pepper, & set aside to marinate, capers, & anchovies, for 1 hr to 6 hrs at about room temp.
Step #5 Sprinkle top with the hard-boiled eggs & enjoy.
