• 1 c broth .
• 1/2 tsp sugar .
• 2 tbsps oil .
• 2 tbsps peanut butter .
• 1 c celery .
• 2 tbsps soy sauce .
• 1 lb beef .
• 1 onion .
• 1 garlic clove

• Step #1 Cut beef into thin slices.
• Step #2 In a large pot, sliced onions, meat, saute minced garlic, & celery until meat is brown.
• Step #3 Add broth, soy sauce, peanut butter, sugar.
• Step #4 Bring to a boil.
• Step #5 Reduce heat, simmer until meat is tender.
• Step #6 Serve over rice, pasta or potatoes.
