Betty's Baked Cranberry Relish Recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsps lemon juice .
1 c walnuts, toasted & sliced .
5 c cranberries .
1 c sugar .
1 tbsp lemon peel, grated .
1 c orange marmalade

Directions

Step #1 In a bowl mix cranberries & sugar.
Step #2 Toss well.
Step #3 Place in a lightly greased baking dish.
Step #4 Bake at 350, covered, for 1 hr.
Step #5 Remove from oven & stir in the marmalade, lemon juice & grated peel & walnuts.
Step #6 Stir well to mix.
Step #7 Leave at room temp to cool for 45 mins.
Step #8 Refridgerate.
