Ingredients
1 tbsp prepared horseradish .
1 c evaporated milk .
1 tbsp butter .
1/2 tsp salt .
1/4 tsp pepper .
1 tbsp flour .
3 tbsps Dijon mustard
Directions
Step #1 Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat/flame.
Step #2 Blend in flour, salt, & pepper.
Step #3 Cook over low heat/flame stirring constantly until mixture is smooth & bubbly.
Step #4 Remove from heat.
Step #5 Stir in milk.
Step #6 Heat to boiling stirring constantly.
Step #7 Boil & stir 1 min.
Step #8 Stir in mustard & horseradish & heat thoroughly.
Step #9 Serve warm over ham, pork or veal.
