Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish .
  • 1 c evaporated milk .
  • 1 tbsp butter .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1 tbsp flour .
  • 3 tbsps Dijon mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat/flame.
  • Step #2 Blend in flour, salt, & pepper.
  • Step #3 Cook over low heat/flame stirring constantly until mixture is smooth & bubbly.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat.
  • Step #5 Stir in milk.
  • Step #6 Heat to boiling stirring constantly.
  • Step #7 Boil & stir 1 min.
  • Step #8 Stir in mustard & horseradish & heat thoroughly.
  • Step #9 Serve warm over ham, pork or veal.
