Dilled Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs garlic, peeled
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsps salt
  • 1 sprig sliced fresh dill
  • 4 1/2 c distilled white vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Fill sterile containers with garlic, sliced fresh dill & cayenne pepper to within an inch of the top.
  • Step #2 Mix the distilled white vinegar & salt in a medium saucepan.
  • Step #3 Bring to a boil.
  • Step #4 Pour the hot distilled white vinegar & salt mixture into the containers with the garlic mixture.
  • Step #5 Fill to approximately 1/4 inch from the top.
  • Step #6 Seal & store this in the refrigerator.
