Chicken Pasta Primavera Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen California mix vegetables, thawed
  • 4 c cooked, cubed chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 tsps dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 c water
  • 6 oz uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can reduced-fat, reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, garlic powder, lemon juice, basil, in a saucepan, water, mix the soup, salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 Stir in vegetables; bring to a boil.
  • Step #4 Reduce heat; cover & let simmer for 3-5 mins or until vegetables are tender.
  • Step #5 Stir in chicken; heat through.
  • Step #6 Drain spaghetti; add to chicken mixture & toss to coat.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
