Step #1 SALAD -----------.
Step #2 In large skillet over medium high heat, saute onions in the sesame oil for 5 mins.
Step #3 Add pepper, toss & saute for 3 mins.
Step #4 Add kale & 1/3 c of water.
Step #5 Cook until liquid has evaporated.
Step #6 Add cabbage, tamari & remaining 1/3 c of water.
Step #7 Cook until greens are tender, about 5 mins.
Step #8 DRESSING -----------.
Step #9 Stir miso & tahini together in a bowl.
Step #10 Add lemon juice & water & mix well.
Step #11 Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step #12 ASSEMBLE -----------.
Step #13 Divide salad into 4 servings & spoon 2 tbsp of Tangy Miso Dressing over each.
