Ingredients
3 tbsps sesame oil .
2 lbs tuna or swordfish, cut into 2-inch cubes .
4 tbsps sesame seeds, toasted .
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper .
3 limes, juice of .
1 tsp Dijon mustard .
2 tbsps soy sauce .
1 tsp honey .
1 tbsp white vinegar .
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced .
1/4 c minced fresh cilantro .
2 minced garlic cloves
Directions
Step #1 Make a marinade by combining everything except cilantro, sesame seeds & lime juice, into a small bowl & whisking the ingredients.
Step #2 Marinate the fish for two hrs prior to grilling.
Step #3 Remove fish from marinade & coat with sesame seeds.
Step #4 Grill for about 5-8 mins on skewers.
Step #5 Remove from skewers & sprinkle with cilantro & lime juice.
Step #6 Soak bamboo skewers in water for an hr before skewering the fish.
Step #7 This recipe is great with rice.
