• 1 tsp salt (to taste) .
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional) .
• 2 tbsps sesame seeds, toasted .
• 1/4 c finely sliced green onions .
• 1/2 lb bean sprouts .
• 1 tsp minced garlic

• Step #1 Drop the bean sprouts into boiling water & boil 5 mins.
• Step #2 Drain well.
• Step #3 Return to the pan.
• Step #4 Stir in the salt, sesame oil, garlic, cayenne, sesame seeds, & green onions.
• Step #5 Simmer 2 mins.
• Step #6 Serve hot or cold.
