Ingredients
  • 1/4 c pineapple juice .
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper .
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 1 tsp bourbon (I use more) .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1/2 c oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step #2 Place your meat in a zip top bag & pour this into the bag.
  • Step #3 Zip up & put in the fridge overnight, turning the bag every so often.
  • Step #4 Heat the grill to med-high heat & grill as usual.
  • Step #5 Remove the meat & discard the marinade.
  • Step #6 Cook as usual.
