Salisbury Steaks Deluxe Recipe

Ingredients

10 oz cream of mushroom soup .
1/4 c breadcrumbs .
2 tbsps parsley flakes .
1 large egg .
1 tbsp minced onions .
1/2 c milk .
1/4 tsp pepper .
1 tbsp yellow mustard .
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
1 lb ground beef .
1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Step #1 mix soup, mustard, worcestershire sauce.
Step #2 Combine 1/4 c of this mixture with beef.
Step #3 , crumbs, large egg, onion, salt & pepper -- stir milk & parsley into first mixture.
Step #4 shape meat mixture into small patties.
Step #5 brown well on both sides.
Step #6 drain off fat.
Step #7 pour soup mixture over patties.
Step #8 cover & cook over low heat/flame.
Step #9 20-30 mins --.
