Chocolate Covered Saltine Crackers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c toffee pieces .
  • 1/2 c sliced nuts .
  • 40 saltine crackers .
  • 1/4 c raisins (optional) .
  • 1 c butter .
  • 1 tbsp candy sprinkles (to garnish) (optional) .
  • 12 oz mini chocolate chips .
  • 3/4 c brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Arrange 40 saltine crackers on foil wrap in a jelly roll pan.
  • Step #2 Melt butter & brown sugar in pan & boil 3 mins.
  • Step #3 Pour over crackers.
  • Step #4 Bake at 350 degrees for 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Pour chocolate chips over & let this stand 5 mins to melt.
  • Step #6 Spread around with knife & then sprinkle nuts & toffee bits over top & or raisins.
  • Step #7 Garnish with colored sprinkles.
  • Step #8 Place in refrigerator until hard.
  • Step #9 Break into bite-size pieces.
