Step #1 Melt 1 1/2 tbsps butter in skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #2 Add tomato, onion & basil.
Step #3 Spice up well & cook for 20 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #4 Dredge liver in flour.
Step #5 Melt remaining butter in frying pan over low heat/flame & cook liver 3 mins & turn over & season this with salt & pepper & cook for another 2 mins.
Step #6 Serve with the tomato & onion mixture on top.
