Ham & Cheese Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can milk (soup can) .
  • 2 large eggs .
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans cheddar cheese soup .
  • 1/2-1 lb sliced virginia baked ham .
  • 1 (7 oz) can Rotel tomatoes .
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese .
  • 1/2 c cheddar cheese .
  • 1 (9 oz) package no-boil lasagna noodles

Directions
  • Step #1 Spray casserole dish non stick spray.
  • Step #2 mix the eggs & parmesian cheese & set aside.
  • Step #3 mix the soup, rotel, milk, cheddar cheese, mustard with a whisk on low heat until well melted.
  • Step #4 spread 1 c of melted cheese sauce in the bottom of baking dish.
  • Step #5 top this with 3-4 no boil lasagne noodles.
  • Step #6 brush top of noodles with the parmesian chesse & egg mix.
  • Step #7 top this with thin sliced deli ham.
  • Step #8 top this with melted chesse sauce.
  • Step #9 repeat steps 3 times.
  • Step #10 for last layes top this with montzerella cheese.
  • Step #11 cover tightly with foil wrap.
  • Step #12 bake covered for 50 mins or until sauce bubbles & noodles are tender.
  • Step #13 uncover & bake an extra 10 mins.
