Step #1 Heat oven to 180C / fan 160C / gas 4.
Step #2 Grease a deep, round 20cm cake tin.
Step #3 Dust the grapes with a little of the flour.
Step #4 Put the remaining flour, sugar & baking powder into a large bowl.
Step #5 Add the eggs, beating well with a whisk after each addition, one at a time, until the mixture is the consistency of batter.
Step #6 Add the grapes & olive oil & mix well together.
Step #7 Pour the mixture into the prepared tin & bake for about 1 hr until golden & well risen.
Step #8 Turn out onto a wire rack & leave to cool.
Step #9 If you like, dust the top this with icing sugar to serve.
