Oatmeal Cornflake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c flour .
1 egg .
1/2 tsp baking soda .
1/2 c sugar .
1/2 tsp salt .
1/2 c vegetable oil .
1/2 tsp vanilla .
1/2 c butter .
1/2 c brown sugar .
1/2 c crushed corn flakes .
1/2 c quick-cooking oats

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Sift together flour, baking soda, & salt; stir in the oats & cornflakes.
Step #3 Set aside.
Step #4 Cream butter & sugars.
Step #5 Add egg & vanilla, then oil.
Step #6 Mix well.
Step #7 Add flour mixture; mix well.
Step #8 Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Step #9 Bake 10 to 12 mins.
