Little Ruebens Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish (or to taste) .
  • 2 (8 oz) cans put in the fridged crescent dinner rolls .
  • 1 c sauerkraut, rinsed & patted dry .
  • 1 (16 oz) package Little Smokies sausage (for lunch) or 2 (8 count) packages hot dogs (for lunch) .
  • 1 c thousand island dressing

Directions
  • Step #1 Unroll dough into 16 triangles; cut each triangle lengthwise into thirds & place one Little Smokey on each piece.
  • Step #2 If using hot dogs, leave dough in original size & place one hot dogs on each crescent roll.
  • Step #3 Place 1 tbsp.
  • Step #4 (for hot dogs) or 1/2 tbsps (for Smokies) sauerkraut around meat, & roll up --ending with point of triangle.
  • Step #5 Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Step #6 Bake at 375° for 12 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #7 Mix dressing & horseradish.
  • Step #8 Serve as dipping sauce.
