Bombay Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps green chilies, sliced .
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 2 onions, sliced .
  • 450 g chickens, sliced .
  • 1 (400 g) can sliced tomatoes .
  • 1/2 c coconut cream .
  • 1-2 tsp chili powder .
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin .
  • 2 tsps ground coriander .
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat a non-stick pan over a medium high heat & use a little oil, or cooking spray to brown chicken.
  • Step #2 Remove from pan.
  • Step #3 In same pan cook onions until soft, add garlic, chillies, ginger & spices for 11 min, or until fragrant.
  • Step #4 Return chicken to pan & stir this to coat well in mixture.
  • Step #5 Add tomatoes & let simmer carefully for 30 mins, or until chicken is tender.
  • Step #6 Stir in coconut cream until heated through.
