Ingredients

1/2 tsp whole jamaican allspice .
1/2 tsp whole cloves .
1/2 tsp anise .
1/2 tsp ground cardamom (or 1/4 tsp minced cardamom) .
2 tbsps ground cinnamon (or 1/2 cinnamom stick) .
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions

Step #1 Combine all ingredients in clean, dry mini-mixer or coffee mill.
Step #2 Blend to a fine powder.
Step #3 Adjust amounts if necessary.
