Carrot Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, beaten .
  • 1 1/4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese .
  • 3/4 tsp tsps salt .
  • 3/4 tsp tarragon .
  • 1 1/2 c seasoned croutons, coarsely crushed .
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 4 c sliced carrots .
  • 1/4 c butter, melted

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step #2 Lightly spray a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Cook/Steam carrots intil crisp tender; about 10-12 mins.
  • Step #4 Drain.
  • Step #5 Place carrots in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • Step #6 Stir in croutons & cheese.
  • Step #7 Combine remaining ingredients & pour over carrot mixture.
  • Step #8 Bake uncovered at 375 for 20-25 mins or until brown.
