Step #1 In a mixer, whip peaches & their juice until smooth.
Step #2 Heat remaining ingredients in a saucepan over low heat/flame until sugar is dissolved.
Step #3 Remove from heat & stir in the peach puree.
Step #4 Pour into an 8-inch square pan & set in freezer.
Step #5 Using a rubber spatula, stir every 15 mins until creamy, about 2 hrs.
Step #6 Cover up & allow to freeze.
Step #7 To serve, scoop into small dishes & garnish with fresh fruit.
