Asian Style Chicken, Broccoli And Ziti Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 tbsps tamari or soy sauce .
  • 1 whole boneless chicken breast .
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets .
  • 16 oz ziti pasta, cooked .
  • 6 tbsps olive oil .
  • ground black pepper, to taste .
  • 1/2 c margarine or butter .
  • 1 c romano cheese or parmesan cheese .
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

Directions
  • Step #1 Marinate bite sized pieces of chicken for an hr or more (the longer the better) in marinade of olive oil, Tamari(Soy Sauce), crushed garlic cloves & crushed black pepper, to taste.
  • Step #2 Cook Ziti as per package directions.
  • Step #3 Steam broccoli.
  • Step #4 When you're ready to begin, put chicken & marinade In a large-ish pan (I use my wok).
  • Step #5 Add the stick of butter or margarine & cook this until chicken is done.
  • Step #6 Add steamed broccoli, cooked ziti & 1 c Romano or Parmesan.
  • Step #7 Heat through & serve.
