Step #1 Marinate bite sized pieces of chicken for an hr or more (the longer the better) in marinade of olive oil, Tamari(Soy Sauce), crushed garlic cloves & crushed black pepper, to taste.
Step #2 Cook Ziti as per package directions.
Step #3 Steam broccoli.
Step #4 When you're ready to begin, put chicken & marinade In a large-ish pan (I use my wok).
Step #5 Add the stick of butter or margarine & cook this until chicken is done.
Step #6 Add steamed broccoli, cooked ziti & 1 c Romano or Parmesan.
Step #7 Heat through & serve.
