Kelly’s Cheese Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed .
  • 1/2 (12 oz) box Chicken In A Biscuit crackers, crushed into fine crumbs .
  • 6-8 tbsps melted butter .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of broccoli soup .
  • 1 1/2 c raw Minute Rice .
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen sliced broccoli, thawed .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup

Directions
  • Step #1 In large bowl, mix soups & velveeta.
  • Step #2 Microwave til melted & creamy.
  • Step #3 About 5 mins, stirring occaisionally.
  • Step #4 Stir in broccoli & rice.
  • Step #5 Pour into greased 13x9 pan or glass baking dish.
  • Step #6 Stir cracker crumbs into melted butter & sprinkle evenly over top.
  • Step #7 Cover up & bake this at 350º for 30 mins.
  • Step #8 Uncover & bake 10-15 mins longer.
  • Step #9 Or til casserole is bubbly & crumbs are golden.
