Sausage Squares Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage .
  • 1/4 c sliced onions .
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt .
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten .
  • 2 tbsps sliced green peppers .
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese .
  • 1 (8 oz) package put in the fridged crescent dinner rolls .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano .
  • 3/4 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 unroll crescent dough into a greased 13-in.
  • Step #2 x 2-in.
  • Step #3 baking dish; seal seams & perforations.
  • Step #4 Bake at 375 for 6 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook sausage & onion over meduium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  • Step #6 In a bowl, milk, green pepper, oregano, mix the eggs, pepper & garlic salt; pour over crust.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with sausage mixture.
  • Step #8 Bake for 15-20 mins.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top with cheese; bake 5 mins longer or until cheese is melted.
