• 1 c tomato juice .
• 1/3 c thick tomato-based hot salsa .
• 2 tbsps olive oil .
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
• 2 tbsps lime juice .
• 3 tbsps gold tequila

• Step #1 Process all ingredients in a food processor/blender or mixer.
• Step #2 Pour over the meat you are going to marinate.
• Step #3 Fish should marinate no more than a half hr, but poultry & red meat can marinate for up to 4 hrs (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
