Step #1 Dredge the veal in the seasoned flour.
Step #2 In a skillet heat butter over med/high heat & saute the veal until lightly golden on both sides, remove this from skillet & keep warm.
Step #3 Add mushrooms to the skillet & saute until tender, then add the port & reduce until thick & syrupy.
Step #4 Add the heavy cream & chicken stock & reduce furthur until sauce lightly coats the back of a spoon.
Step #5 Place veal on serving plates & spoon sauce over the top.
