• 1 1/2 tsps garlic powder .
• 2/3 c grated parmesan cheese .
• 1 1/3 c instant mashed potatoes (dry flakes) .
• 1 chicken, cut up .
• 1/2 c butter, melted

• Step #1 Line a 13x9" pan with foil wrap & preheat your trusty oven to 350º.
• Step #2 Combine the potato flakes, parmesan cheese & garlic powder in a bowl & mix well.
• Step #3 Dip the chicken pieces in the butter, then roll in the potato mixture.
• Step #4 Place coated chicken in the pan & sprinkle with leftover potato mixture.
• Step #5 Bake for 60 mins or until juices are clear.
