Nutty Apricot Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 tsp baking powder .
2 c confectioners' sugar .
1/2 c flour .
2 c pecans, sliced .
1/2 c dried apricots, sliced .
1/2 c egg whites (3-4)

Directions

Step #1 In mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder & egg whites.
Step #2 Add nuts & apricots; mix well.
Step #3 Drop by spoonsful onto well-greased baking sheets.
Step #4 Bake at 325°F for 15-18 mins.
Step #5 Drizzle tops, lemon juice, if desired, with a mixture of confectioners' sugar, & water.
